Director - Steve Harris

With 17 years in business to business sales, and and MBA from Monash University, Steve's most recent position before setting up Steloni, was as Asia Sales Director for a major multinational component company, with 26 sales staff spread across 5 different countries.

Prior to this, he has held the positions of General Manager - Sales, Channel Sales Manager and in addition has held varied roles as State/Branch and Account manager.

He has considerable experience in "hands on" sales management, major account management, sales negotiation skills, customer service management, customer relationship management systems and supply chain systems.

In addition to his MBA, he has attended many in house and external sales, marketing and leadership development courses, and has seen the effects, both positive and negative, that sales training courses and systems have to offer.
